SBTV  – ASEPTIC TANK BOTTOM VALVE

The SBTV sterile valves with manual or pneumatic actuator are available in two different versions:

1.      With fixed flange (flush wall) to weld directly to the tank bottom,

2.      With removable body by means of flange and its counter flange. (TKC)

SBLV - HIGH PURITY BALL VALVE

FULL BORE & PORT

The SBLV ball valves are engineered to be a true process piping component to specifically meet the demanding processes required in pharmaceutical and other industries.

Three piece ball valve are machined from solid round bar in AISI 316L (1.4404 – 1.4435) for quality and reliability into your process.

The SBLV ball valves are a full bore / full port design according to ASTM A 269 dimensions, the tube-ID port opening is dimensionally identical to the adjacent tubing to comply with ASME-BPE Guidelines; 

Full bore / full port design minimizes line turbulence and pressure drop.

SBTTV – SANITARY BUTTERFLY VALVE

CSK-BIO offers a full range of sanitary butterfly valves for use in different process. SRCVD – DRAINABLE  SANITARY CHECK VALVE

The SRCVD is an in-line spring-return check self-drainable EVEN WHEN INSTALLED IN HORIZONTAL POSITION the valve designed to prevent flow reversal in clean process. The valve is machined in two pieces from solid round bar in stainless steel AISI 316L and designed to be easily and quickly dismantled and reassembled for quick maintenance or cleaning with a quick release clamp, no tools are required.

The valve meets the 3A and FDA standards in pharma process.

        SB - SPRAY BALL

            Applications

            Permanently installed spray-ball are used

            for low pressure internal cold or hot

            cleaning of horizontal and vertical,

            vessels and containers of all kinds.

            Operating in continuous spraying mode

            for fluids that can be washed off easily

            or in pulse-pause mode for fluids which

            require a reaction time to be washed off.

            The absence of moving or rotational parts

            contributes to the reliability and durability

            of cleaning processes with spray balls.

LSCDTS - Laboratory Sample Condenser

The MHE ( Miniature Heat Exchanger)  – Double Tube and Shell heat exchanger have been designed to allow Clean Steam (CS) and Water for Injection (WFI) samples to be taken quickly and easily whilst maintaining a sterile testing environment. 

MHE - is ideal to be mounted at the sampling point and can be operated with either mains or chilled water as the cooling medium. availability of aseptic/sterile sample valve allow fine control of sample flow during testing 

The MHE can be sterilised in situ-on-line, thus ensuring continuity of samples regardless of testing frequency, ideal for fluids in pharmaceutical/Biotech or any type of high purity systems applications.

SSB – STERILE  SAMPLING  BOTTLE

The sample bottle allows capturing and handling sterile liquid product samples, the Sample Bottle Assembly is designed to function with sample valves that have SIP/CIP capabilities.

(may be used with valves TSV or TSVK). Using the Sample Bottle Assembly in conjunction with a sample valve that does not feature SIP capabilities will not allow the sample path to be steam sterilized prior to sampling.

TKCI – TANK CONNECTION INLINE

The TKCI is manufactured to ASTM A269 / 270 Standard this hygienic component may be used with clamp ends or orbital welded onto a piping system in order to avoid deadleg associated with installation of instrumentation. It may be also used in the installation and can be connected to any TC Clamp equipment or sealed with a standard blind cap when not in use
