SAND-OS Anti-wear bend After over 10 years of experience in the field of pneumatic conveyance systems and their components, GVF COMPONENTS SRL proposes its "SAND-OS" anti-wear type elbow made of cast iron. The "SAND-OS" elbow is studied to bend the material flowing inside the pipe line and is suitable for all the abrasive powders, being made of different type of cast iron with different hardness.

Due to its shape the "SAND-OS" bend has an expander zone - where the powder deposits - which protects against wearing. The final part of the expander is interchangeable and very easily replaceable.

The thickness and the shape of the bend put "SAND-OS" at the top level in the field of the "hi-tech" solutions against wearing problems when using pneumatic conveyance.

Thanks to more than 20 years of experience in the bulk handling field, GVF Components SRL offers to its customers the DS Diverter Valve. The aim is to have one inlet pipe with more outlet pipes: typical layout in pneumatic conveyance when loading a system of silos.

Suitable for abrasive powders, the DS Diverter Valve has unrestricted product flow and its short dimensions and compact shape make it very interesting even in existent plants.

The DS Diverter Valve is made of carbon steel and it is actuated by a gear box; it consists of one inlet pipe and more outlet pipes. The inlet pipe moves horizontally to reach the selected output pipe.

Each outlet has a micro to recognise the exit and to make the perfect adjustment of the inlet pipe. Once reached the right position the seal is moved to make the valve airtight.

After a careful choice of materials and exhaustive tests, GVF Components has produced the FLV, an ON/OFF normally open pinch valve.

Operated by the driving medium (air, water or gas), the sleeve closes against the flow. Abrasive and particulate products do not obstruct the sleeve closure. The "FLV" is available in different versions with a variety of sleeve material according to user requirements.

The "FLV" valves are suitable in pneumatic conveyance system, cyclone discharge, waste water treatment, etc. The range covers from DN20 to DN200

The vibro fluidizer VF device is an economical solution for sticky material in a hopper, silo or bin.

The system obtained using a group of VF devices creates various points of inlet air; additionally the VF vibrates when the air passes through the hopper walls and the VF rubber, so that it improves the fluidity of product. This system is excellent in preventing the build-up of material when loading or unloading a hopper.

Easy to install, the VF's main characteristic is its versatility as it can be used in any hopper silo, bin, dust collector and can be retro-fitted. When the flow of air stops the rubber seals against the hopper walls and prevents the material from entering the inlet air line.

The VF system is usually used with a constant air-flow, but for more difficult material it can be used sequenced thus creating a more efficient pulsing effect.
