Type 851 E/EL
For Neutral Liquids
Safety Valve made
of red brass with stainless steel spring and Nitrile gasket as
standard. With easing lever (EL) or nut (E).
For the protection
of pressure tanks and systems for neutral liquids, provided the
temperature of the medium under atmospheric pressure does not reach
boiling point.
Angular shape,
spring loaded. Seal cap prevents unauthorised changing of set
pressure. Valve cone can be lifted.
Inlet connection:
G 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4"
Set Pressure: 0.5
to 25 Bar
Max temperature:
130oC |

Type 811 & 811 V
For Air, Neutral gas and Steam
Safety Valve made
of red brass for compressed air. Nitrile or Viton (V) seal. With
lifting nut.
For the protection
of pressure tanks and systems for air, neutral gases and steam. High
blowing-off rates making it particularly suitable for pressure
boilers and compressors. These capacities allow the use of a small
and inexpensive safety valve, even for large pressure tanks.
Cylindrical
design, spring-loaded, corrosion resistant spring material. Seal
cap prevents unauthorised changing of set pressure. Knurled nut to
lift the Valve cone.
Inlet connection:
G 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1"
Set Pressure: 0.2
to 30 Bar
Max temperature:
130oC (Nitrile Seal) 200oC (Viton Seal)

Type 860
For Air, Neutral Steam and Gas
Safety Valve made
of red brass. With lifting nut.
For the protection
of pressure tanks and systems for air, neutral steam and gas. Please
pay attention to appropriate gasket material and observe plant
specific regulations. With EPDM gasket is also suitable for steam
boilers according to TRD 421 group 1 (>10 l) up to 3 Bar, not for
steam boilers specified in other TRD directions.
Angular shape,
spring-loaded. Seal cap prevents unauthorised changing of set
pressure. Knurled nut to lift the Valve cone.
Inlet connection:
G 1/4",
3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1"
Set Pressure: 0.2
to 30 Bar
Max temperature:
130oC (Nitrile gasket). 150oC (EPDM gasket).
200oC (Viton gasket) |

Type 812
For Air, Neutral gas and Steam
Pneumatic Safety
Valve made of brass with stainless steel spring. With lifting nut.
For the protection
of pressure tanks and systems for air and other neutral, non-toxic
and non-combustible gas that can be blown off into the atmosphere.
The high blowing off capacity makes it particularly suitable for
protecting pressure boilers and compressors.
Cylindrical
design, spring-loaded, stainless steel spring. Seal cap prevents
unauthorised changing of set pressure. Knurled nut to lift the
Valve cone.
Inlet connection:
G 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2"
Set Pressure: 0.2
to 30 Bar
Max temperature:
130oC
(Nitrile Seal) 200oC (Viton Seal) 225oC
(Teflon Seal) |

of pressure tanks and systems for non-neutral and neutral liquids.
Also suitable for combustible and toxic liquids (e.g. petrol,
oil, kerosene or glycol). Maximum permissible back-pressure 4 bar.
The temperature of the medium under atmospheric pressure must not
come up to boiling point.
Angular shape,
spring-loaded. Seal cap prevents unauthorised changing of set
pressure. Valve cone can be lifted by lever or nut. With stainless
steel spring, bellows and protected moving parts.
Inlet connection:
G 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4"
Set Pressure: 0.5
to 25 Bar
